Account Manager

Account Manager works within a collaborative team environment to maintain and enhance business by engaging directly with clients and managing their accounts. This position is primarily focused on client service, project and operational support. The role is integral in providing administrative support, coordinating client projects, and assisting with day-to-day operations. This position works closely with vendors, customers, the internal creative team and company management.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent client support and customer service for new and existing accounts.
  • Accurately process customer quotations, orders, and follow up on pending projects.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure adherence to established deadlines.
  • Coordinate projects by working directly with clients, in-house design, and external vendors.
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities for new or existing account growth and client retention.
  • Support internal team and outside representatives.
  • Maintain client assets within the company organization structure.
  • Perform general administrative and office duties as needed.
  • Be proactive in ongoing promotion strategies, including digital marketing and company awareness.
  • Participate in creative planning and brainstorming for client projects and internal initiatives.
  • Administrative duties as required

Requirements & Skills

  • Operate with strong and effective communication.
  • Be well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Able to work within Google suite and willingness to learn order management software.

Work Structure

  • Hours: Flexible schedule full time 40 hours a week.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
  • Reporting: Reports directly to the Company Principal or assigned Manager.
